Dynamite Return Policy

We want you to love your Dynamite purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Here’s what you need to know:

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale”) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Online Purchases: You can return your order by mail or in-store.
  • By Mail: Log in to your account on dynamite-dresses.com to initiate a return. Follow the instructions to print your return label and send your package back.
  • In-Store: Bring your items and proof of purchase to any Dynamite store.
  1. In-Store Purchases: Returns must be made in-store with your original receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and can be processed in-store or online by placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
  • Items without proof of purchase.
  • Damaged or altered merchandise.

International Returns

  • International orders can only be returned by mail. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
